As a Lead Engineer you are responsible for controlling, supporting and stimulating the development of the Engineers and the technical part concerning challenging offshore equipment.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Organize, plan and coordinate structural engineering and being involved in the design and structural elements of the offshore systems design, furthermore advising and checking designs by means of hand or FEM calculations.
